Summary of a study of a sample of 20 trusts designed to show the likely tax consequences if they opt-in to the new Attribution Managed Investment Trust (AMIT) regime which became law in May 2016. Please call us if you would like to purchase a copy of the detailed income and CGT calculations supporting the study or commission a similar comparative study of other trusts – our databases cover all listed trusts and around 2,000 managed funds and can be carried out for longer periods than the five years of the above study.
